My name is Taylor Nicole, and I created this space as a safe haven—a place where you can breathe deeply, move with intention, and reconnect with yourself. As a yoga instructor and meditation guide, my passion is helping others find balance, ease, and restoration, no matter where they are on their journey.
Through mindful movement and soul-nurturing meditation, I invite you to release what no longer serves you, embrace the present moment, and step into the peace that has always been within you.

Taylor is amazing, I love attending her classes. She’s great with instructions and guiding you throughout the entire session. This is great if you’re new to yoga like myself. I also love when she goes around to challenge you to go deeper in certain stretches. I really enjoy attending her classes the overall experience is a 10/10. Thank you Taylor!

Taylor really brings that special touch to a yoga class! I’ve flowed with her a few times over the years and the experience is consistent. Taylor is calm, clear and pays attention to her class. My cups is always more full when I finish a session. Book with Goddess Flow — you won’t be disappointed!

Her classes have me feeling more fluid and flexible than ever—seriously, I’m out here moving like water. Her voice is so soothing and relaxing that I almost fell asleep mid-pose (in the best way possible). And let’s talk about these newfound stretching skills… the way I can almost do a full split? Let’s just say my man is NEVER leaving!
10/10 experience—highly recommend for anyone looking to level up their yoga game with a little extra zen and a whole lot of flexibility!
